Just in time for Mardi Gras!

Stookey's Club Moderne will be offering a demonstration class on how to make two New Orleans cocktails: the Sazerac and the Ramos Gin Fizz.

In addition to demonstrating the cocktails they will also be giving you the fascinating history of these two favorites of the Crescent City. At the end of each demonstration they will give you samples of the finished products, and at the finish of the lecture you will have a choice of a full sized version of either cocktail. Samples of the different ingredients will also be included.

Because of the nature of this talk, tickets are limited to 25 people and naturally you must be 21 or older to attend. They only have seats for 13 people and the other 12 will have to be standees. They rely on everyone’s kindly disposition to be sure that people who are unable to stand for an hour are offered a seat.

The demonstration will start promptly at 4pm and will last for approximately one hour. Doors will open at 3:30pm.
